Derek with the senior R&D leadership team in Santa Fe, New Mexico

Derek presented his new Complete Champions Leadership Model to the Frito Lay Senior R&D leadership team in Sante Fe, New Mexico. Senior VP, Mike Zbuchalski is their energetic leader and he began to incorporate some of Derek's "wording" into their common language. Within two weeks Derek was presenting the same keynote to a further 75 leaders in Dallas, TX.
